Kasera provide an efficient and reliable steam condensation system for the power and process industries. With the development of more than 55 years of successful experience, increasing environmental constraints and restricted water availability make the Direct Condensing technology even more prevalent today.
Kasera Radiator makes use of leading HP computer equipment, including the latest Computer Aided Design systems, to ensure maximum efficiency in:
Air cooled condensers condense exhaust steam from the steam turbine and return condensate to the boiler. They are frequently used in electrical power plants and waste to energy plants of all sizes.
The Kasera's Air Cooled Condenser features long-term mechanical and thermal integrity, excellent corrosion and freeze resistance, low fan power consumption, reliable operation and low maintenance. An Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) is made of modules arranged in parallel rows. Each module contains a number of fin tube bundles. An axial flow, forced-draft fan located in each module forces the cooling air across the heat exchange area of the fin tubes. We are able to generate a 3D model in order to perform calculation using software.
Single-source responsibility assures fast response, lower costs, and efficient project execution. Our experienced field service group can supply construction and startup support services.
The typical scope for an ACC installation includes the supporting structure, the steam ducting from the steam turbine interface, auxiliaries such as the condensate and drain pumps, condensate and duct drain tanks, the air evacuation units and related piping works and instrumentation
The Kasera's air-cooled condenser is comprised of finned tube bundles grouped together into modules and mounted in an A-frame configuration on a concrete or steel support structure. Vertical and horizontal configurations are also available.
The Fin Tube is the core technology of the Air Cooled Condenser. Kasera's steam condensers are available in a variety of fin tube configurations to suit the needs of the application. Condenser tubes are available in 1 to 2 inch or more diameters in combination with Crimped, Extruded, L Foot, KL Foot, LL Foot, Embedded, Edge, Soldered, Brazed, stamped and Welded fin types.
